Titan Tankless Heater
All of our products are covered by the Titan Tankless Heater Guarantee. If you are not happy with your Titan Tankless Water Heater then send it back within 14 days under the following return policies:
- Restocking Fee of 20%
- Returned units must be in new and resell-able condition, original box, all paperwork, certificates and installation instructions must accompany unit.
- Your returned tankless heater must be free of scratches, dents and defects resulting from careless, improper handling or abuse
- We do not accept returns on products that have been installed
- No returns on parts
- Be sure to retain tracking information and use insurance on your return package
- We no longer accept returns on sub panels, breakers, service disconnect boxes, Sediment Filter Kits, filters, stainless steel hoses and sediment filter kit accessories
- Return policy is limited to 14 days from the date of purchase
- Please be sure to retain tracking information and use shipping insurance on your return package
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Please use an adequate amount of shipping insurance on your return package
- We will be glad to exchange a unit for a different model. Please be aware that you will be responsible for incoming as well as outgoing shipment costs on exchanges
- All returned units that "do not work" will be thoroughly inspected by Niagara-Tech Industries technicians. If working then we will assume that the unit worked not only at the factory but also worked at your location. We will ship the tankless heater back to you.
Please follow these easy steps to receive your refund on a timely basis:
Call us at 1-877-229-1191 or locally, use 954-237-4003 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Our warehouse must receive your returned merchandise within 10 business days of us issuing you an RMA number. Note that any merchandise sent back or returned without an authorization number is subject to rejection and returned to you.
- Please put a copy of your original invoice in the box with your return merchandise. This will help us process your refund on a timely basis. Print the RMA number we gave you in big print on your copy of the enclosed invoice.
- Please print the RMA number on the outside of your shipping box in big, bold letters.
