American Heat Tankless Heater Policy
All of our products are covered by the Titan Tankless Heater Guarantee. If you are not happy with your Titan Tankless Water Heater then send it back within 14 days in unused, new condition, re-sellable shape, original box and with all paperwork and documents. Please enclose a copy of your invoice. We will refund your money within 10 days. If you are not happy with your American Heat Tankless Water Heater then send it back within 14 days in usused, new condition, re-sellable shape, original box and with all paperwork and documents. We will gladly exchange for a different model. Note that will not responsible for your shipping expenses to our office for either Titan or American Heat products. Sorry, on exchanges, we must charge you additional shipping costs to your location. Pleae follow the these 4 easy steps to receive your refund on a timely basis:
Call us at 1-877-229-1191 or locally, use 954-237-4003 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Our warehouse must receive your returned merchandise within 10 business days of us issuing you an RMA number. Note that any merchandise sent back or returned without an authorization number is subject to a 17% restocking fee.

Please put a copy of your original invoice in the box with your return merchandise. This will help us process your refund on a timely basis. Print the RMA number we gave you in big print on your copy of the enclosed invoice.

Ship either UPS, Fedex or USPS with insurance and tracking number. You can track the shipment back to us. We are sorry, but we do not refund original shipping expenses as pointed out in our shipping policy as noted in FAQ of this store. When we have processed your return then you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You should see a credit to your credit card within 10 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise. The credit will be the money received for your merchandise ordered. Returned defective tankless water heaters will be put through an inspection to affirm the unit was not installed or used. If your unit works through inspection by the Niagarah-Tech or American Heat technicians then we have to assume that it worked at your location as well and you are subject to a 17% restocking fee. If your unit is proven to be defective at the Titan plant then you will not be charged a restocking fee.
American Heat tankless heaters follow a different procedure for defective units. Please use your warranty information and call the technical support number at 1-888-818-4328 for defective units. We will gladly exchange your unit as outlined if new, unused with all shipping boxes, documents as outlined above.
