2. N180 SCR4 Titan Tankless Heater

2. N180 SCR4 Titan Tankless Heater
2. N180 SCR4 Titan Tankless Heater
Red relates to the warmer incoming water found in southern states. The Titan N-120 single, in-tandem with other SCR2 units, units in parallel and use of the larger, more powerful SCR4 line for bigger hot water users are considerations. Blue indicates those states that have cooler incoming water and should have a combination of SCR2 units in tandem, parallel or use the larger SCR4 models. Titans in the yellow row in the SCR2 heat rise chart indicates those units which can be used as a pre-warm unit attached to a more powerful Titan or as a point of use unit alone. Note that more than one Titan may be required depending on your hot water needs. This map is to be used as an illustration of how different Titan configurations can be installed. See the ground-water map to get an idea of warmer and cool water areas. Be sure to get a tankless that can overcome the incoming water temperature for your hot water needs and the flow rate needed in your household. As with any tankless water heater, more than one tankless water might be required dependent on your hot water needs and cold incoming water temperatures. This map is an indicator of surface temperature from temperature samples drawn from water wells throughout the United States.

The N-180 was introduced in the Fall of 2006. The power output of 18 Kw is greater than that of the N-120 Titan. The newer N-180 produces up to 5 gallons of water per minute. This unit was developed for the northern USA customers and those needing larger amounts of hot water. If you have incoming water less than 50 to 55 degrees then you may want to consider the N-180 SCR4 Titan tankless heater. You may also want to consider the N-210 unit which produces 21 Kw of power. If your incoming water supply is cold in the winter, less than 50 degrees, then you need to consider the SCR4 Titan Tankless Heater. Use heat rise charts to help determine use.

If you are an international customer than we need a little information on the voltage in your country. Please email that using one of the contact forms on this site.
